Like Debbie and Becky, we were also offered a review copy of Adrienne Ehlert Bashista’s new book Mishka: An Adoption Tale.

This was a wonderful and touching story about a teddy bear named Mo who journies to Russia to meet a couple’s new adoptive son.   The story uses Mo to mirror the feelings of the child waiting for his forever family.   I also enjoyed the illustrations that went along with the story and I can’t wait to have the opportunity to read this book with my child someday.

I’d like to thank Adrienne for this generous gesture and look forward to future books from her.   If you haven’t had an opportunity to read her first book, When I Met You, I highly recommend it too.
