The day we’ve been waiting for over 2 years to arrive, finally came — we got "the call" today!

Being Moscow, this is of course a totally blind referral, the only thing we know is when we’re expected to be there.   We received our invitation to travel and we’ll be flying out on December 1st.   At the same time, we’re thrilled but also suddenly very nervous.   We thought we were ready but now we realize how many nit-picky details we have scarce little time to get wrapped up...

I FedExed our Visa application paperwork this afternoon.   We should finalize our flight arrangements & apartment rental tomorrow.   We still have to complete our 2nd online adoption course & begin the 3rd.   Rob has pulled the luggage out of storage.   We’re reviewing the packing lists...

This thing is really, finally happening!
