Happy New Year

Sorry so long since the last blog post. I hope everyone had a Happy New Year! I have been keeping up with most of you on your blog posts even though I haven’t done any blogging myself.
We sold the extra baby bed and the full-size guest bed that were both in Liam’s room the day after our company left and we’ve really been busy trying to get everything in place for him. I promise I will post pictures soon! Our co-workers are hosting a shower for us on Jan. 10th so we had to get our registries finished on top of everything else.
I still can’t believe we will be leaving for Russia again in 12 days! We have all our flights booked and it was really strange buying a ticket home for Liam. We are staying in a different apartment this trip. We decided to get a little bigger one this time since Liam will be with us there the last week. We are beginning to assemble our piles of things to pack for the trip. We also decided to take a food box this time with soup and other items that we were not able to find the first trip.
I just checked and the current temperature in Moscow is -2° F and it is currently 76° F here...we are so going to hurt when we step off that plane!

Holy cow - what a big difference in temperature! Start taking Vitamin C now to help keep you from getting sick. Can't wait to see pictures and I can't believe it's only 12 days! How exciting! :-)
Wow!! Exciting times! I can't wait to hear about your time in Russia! And I laughed about your comment on the temperature! Yikes!

It is so exciting that you are going back to get Liam in just a few days! I can't imagine how much you all have had going on trying to prepare to return! I hope your packing goes well! By the way, did you get an adoption fare for your flights? Do you have any advice for future travelers? :)
BRRR! That's just too cold! We've talked about taking food too. Did you book your airline tickets online or did you use a travel agent? And you bought Liam his own seat? We're trying to figure out what we'll do when our time comes, so any advice would be most appreciated! I know you're excited to be seeing him in less than 2 weeks now!

Ugh - the weather difference!! Take those coats!! 12 days - well, less now - we are so excited for you. I know you are anxious to bring Liam home! Can't wait to hear you are safely there!
